Where we deliver

Direct Newhengs orders currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not accept direct orders for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses. Shipping is free for direct orders. Your full total is shown before you continue to PayPal.

Order processing

We process direct orders manually after payment. Delivery timing is confirmed after we review the order and arrange fulfillment. Amazon orders follow Amazon’s own delivery and return terms.

Returns

Contact [email protected] within 30 days after delivery to request a return. For returns unrelated to a product quality problem, the customer pays the return shipping cost. For a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with the order reference and photos so we can arrange a solution. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

For a direct order, include your Newhengs order reference when emailing [email protected]. PayPal processes the payment; Newhengs handles direct-order support and any approved refund.
