Prices and delivery area

Prices are shown in US dollars. Direct orders ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC, and shipping is free. The total shown at checkout is the amount charged for that order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when your payment is completed and you see the payment confirmation page; PayPal also emails you a receipt. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was listed in error, we will tell you and refund you in full rather than ship something you did not choose.

Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account, a debit or credit card, or, where your device supports it, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card details are entered into PayPal-hosted fields and go directly to PayPal: we never see or store your full card number. Your bank may ask you to verify a card payment.

The products

These are ceramic objects with stainless steel pumps, made for liquid hand soap, dish soap, or lotion. Each piece is finished individually, so small variations in glaze and tone are normal and are not faults. Treat the ceramic body with care: it can chip or break if dropped. Delivery, returns and refunds

Our shipping & returns page forms part of these terms. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through PayPal.
